How We Will Work Together…

Somatic & Experiential Practices

————
We don't just talk about your patterns — we notice them as they show up in your body, in the room, in real time. This might include breathwork, grounding exercises, or simple body-awareness practices that help you recognize activation before it takes over.
Vagus Nerve + Nervous System Education

———-
Understanding your vagus nerve and nervous system states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) gives you a map for what's actually happening when you feel overwhelmed, shut down, or unable to calm down — and practical tools to shift states.
Origin Work

————
Using family systems and attachment frameworks, we look at where a pattern started. Not to blame anyone — but because understanding the why often dissolves the shame around the what.
Grace & Self-Acceptance

———-
The goal isn't perfection. It's building a relationship with yourself that's honest, compassionate, and sustainable — including learning what real self-care looks like, beyond bubble baths and to-do lists.

FAQ

First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your design needs (and if we'll make great collaborators).
Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. (I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin).
Timelines depend on the project, but I generally dedicate up to a month to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on my availability.
