For 21 years, I served as a pastor's wife - both a high calling and high privilege. I sat with folks in their hardest, most vulnerable moments and was trusted to hold what they shared with care. That privilege shaped how I see people to this day.
Alongside that, I spent 16 years building and running a successful catering company — a business built on reading rooms, managing pressure, and taking care of people at some of the most important moments of their lives: weddings, celebrations, grief gatherings, milestones. Between the two, I learned an enormous amount about how people cope, how we show up under stress, and how much of ourselves we can lose while taking care of everyone else.
I've also navigated my own season of change as a divorced, single parent, raising my kids through their teen and young adult years. That experience taught me a lot about resilience, adaptability, and what it actually takes to keep growing through transition — lessons I carry into this work.
That noticing, across every one of those seasons, became a calling. I sold my company to pursue something I'd been circling for years: helping people understand themselves the way I'd learned to understand myself and the world — with curiosity, compassion, and care.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors with my dog Finley — hiking, walking, or just soaking in some fresh air. It's my favorite reminder to slow down and stay grounded.

My Training & Approach
I bring a somewhat unusual mix of training to this work:
-
certification, with a focus on how trauma is stored and processed in the body — not just the mind
-
including vagus nerve education and grounding techniques, to help regulate the nervous system in real time
-
to understand how early relationships shape adult patterns
-
for clients whose sense of self has become tangled up in caretaking, people-pleasing, or relationship dynamics
-
I also draw on investigative psychology to help identify the origin story behind a pattern — not to diagnose, but to understand.
My Philosophy
I don't believe people are broken. I believe people are patterned — by family, by history, by nervous systems doing their best to keep us safe.
My work is to help you find healing in light of your story, leading you to deeper peace and understanding.
